We are back!

After about a month break for the holidays, Austin and I were thrilled to start 2025 with a celebratory weekend for Taylor & Kaleb as they prepare to welcome their baby boy into the world very soon.

The events began on Saturday, with an adorable Winnie-the-Pooh themed baby shower at the Scovill Zoo in Decatur. The stunning event space was decorated with all the classic Disney characters, sweet treats, balloons, and fresh flowers. There was even honey made by Taylor's grandpa for party favors! Austin and I really enjoyed taking time during the shower to capture those precious details.

While everyone was mingling and eating, we took Taylor and Kaleb outside to take a few photos. It was close enough to sunset to have the perfect amount of bright light in the sky. We took a few pictures in front of the carousel per her mom's request - and it was a beautiful spot!

The room was filled with love and lots of excitement for baby Kason. I loved watching Taylor's reactions to all of the baby gifts - you could tell she cherished each one and was so thankful! The group played lots of fun games that were a huge hit.

We ended the weekend with a maternity photoshoot the next day before they headed home to Texas. Taylor wanted snow pictures, and she received the most perfect winter wonderland! I truly adore taking maternity pictures, especially when I can FEEL a couples' love through the lens of my camera. Kaleb was always making Taylor smile and laugh, and knew exactly what to say to comfort her throughout the shoot despite the frigid temperatures. I know they will be amazing parents! We wish them nothing but joy and happiness as they begin this new journey together!
