S I S T E R S

Fun fact: Emily was one of the first people to reach out to us at the beginning of this year asking for a photo session! She needed some updated headshots (and also wanted to support our up and coming photography business) and it meant so much to me!

When she contacted us again wanting to get some photos with her sister, I was so excited! There is no better feeling than a returning client (and friend)! Emily and I went to Illinois College together, and became friends during the first few weeks of school so it is always great when we are able to catch up!

Her sister Claire currently attends college in Southern Illinois and came to town to see Emily, so it was a perfect time to get them on our schedule.

This session is near and dear to my heart, as I could very quickly tell that Emily and Claire are very close. I found myself catching a lot of similarities with my sister and I as I took their photographs. I know how special the bond with your sister can be, and I am so glad they will have these photos to remember forever!

Emily and Claire wanted an urban feel to their photos, so we first headed to this beautiful parking garage!

Then, we headed to the Capitol building!
